Hi there!
My name is Suzy Lausin and I am delighted to have the opportunity to join the World Race outreach to Eswatini and South Africa. I live in Thompson, Ohio, a small town near Lake Erie in the northeastern part of Ohio. I turn 20 on the 18th of October- which feels a bit crazy- and I have 3 siblings who are my best friends. I love the color yellow, photography, and movies that make me cry and laugh out loud. I am beyond grateful that God has provided me with the time and resources to leave my life behind and follow His command to make disciples of all the nations.
I discovered the World Race through a simple Google search. Once I decided that missions was the direction I wanted to look into, I began researching different organizations. As I narrowed it down, the WR Semesters were my top choice because of their mission statements, care for their racers, and love for Jesus. I want to use this trip as an opportunity to “wake up” and view not only my life but the world around me through the eyes of Jesus.
